Martin has rejoined Likewise having previously held the position of Managing Director of William Armes when the company first floated.

Prior to joining William Armes, Martin held the position of Commercial Director (residential business) at HFD (Tamworth) and more recently was Key Accounts and Business Development Manager at Belgian manufacturer Balta.

Martin is a Founding Fellow of the Institute of Sales Professionals and is responsible for the H & V and Delta Carpets businesses and Floors by Lewis Abbott brand.
